Heavy ohlins spring options
I have a 2005 ec300 with ohlin shock and need to upgrade for my weight. I need a 6.2-6.4 spring, is ohlin my only option or are there other alternatives. I am in the uk. thanks mark

There are other options. I think mine has an Eibach on it.

Don't buy from the uk ohlins distributor, they are cr@p and you will probably never get your spring. http://dfaulknersprings.com/ are fine and a fraction of the price. 6.2-6.4 sounds very heavy, may be worth talking to a suspension tuner, it's normally money well spent.

Thanks for that, I am 110kg kitted up, mid pack rider and thought 6.2 was about right.

I got a Faulkner spring for mine. I weight about 100kg kitted and have 0.46 front and 5.7 rear. Front sag is 35 and race 70, rear sag 35 and race 100.
