Nice! This is great. Might not be the best but at least it's the original design and not some yahoo putting in the wrong part.

I'm imagining it is flogged now. Maybe it isn't, be a judgment call. But the factory obviously chose to change it early on in the model life. I'd be guessing for price or reliability.

I'll probably let it fly for now, again because I'm lazy, but might look into bearings the next time as it makes sense they shifted in that direction right after this.

Still have to find fork seals and then I'm back on the trails.
