Spring out everything else in. Think you also need to pump the damping rod a few times to make sure it is full of oil before you measure
Not sure how to torque the 19. You really need a tool to hold the cartridge because it is turning

You do need to pump the rod to get the air out before you measure your oil height. Also make sure you have the same number of clicks on both fork caps when you get them assembled. You should have 25 clicks on each cap.

to tighten the bolt on the bottom, before you put oil in, reassemble the fork, i.e. spring in top cap on. then as when taking the fork appart, compress slightly, then tighten the bottom bolt tight.....
then add oil.... |
