Is the ECU diagnostic lead and software available in the UK

As the nearest dealer to me who has the software and lead to carry out diagnostic checks and tuning is over a 100 miles away from me (Kent, UK)

is there any sellers who sell the vdsts software and diagnostic lead for the GasGas ec4000 fse. I have continually searched the web but keep drawing a blank, looking for the cheapest solution here in the UK without spending big money.
