Default Rebound one side only?

Hi,
I have a 2008 ec200 HOBBY. Marzocchi shivers 45mm NO ADJUSTMENTS. Just changed the fork oil to 10wt looking to firm it up "a bit"
While stroking the damping rods I noticed that the LH leg has no rebound the RH has. While the LH has some bottoming compression in the last inch-ish and the RH dosent.
Is this normal for the cutdown hobby version or am I looking for a fault. Kinda think I read of this practise somewhere before?

Cheers
